Legal Fees
We agree on the fee with each client at the beginning, depending on the nature and scope of legal services, the complexity of the case and the deadline for delivery of services. The hourly rate ranges from CZK 2,500/EUR 100 to CZK 6,250/EUR 250. To ensure mutual trust, we usually ask clients to provide a reasonable deposit for legal services. The fee is subject to VAT at the statutory rate.
